How to Cancel or Reschedule your appointment

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us on 03 5744 3115 between the hours of 8.30am - 5.30pm.

Only once you have spoken with one of our team will your appointment be confirmed as re-scheduled or cancelled.

Alternatively, if you have made your booking online through hotdoc you may change or cancel your appointment through hotdoc.

Payment Policy

We accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, Cash, regrettably we don’t accept bank cheques or AMERICAN EXPRESS. All appointments performed must be paid in full that day. If you fail to pay, or leave the clinic without paying for your treatment, you will be banned from the clinic and all future appointments will be immediately cancelled.
