Billing
We are a private billing clinic. Some specific services may be bulk billed at the discretion of the treating doctor. Please advise our staff if you are experiencing financial distress or difficulties.
Our fee structure is designed to accommodate different categories of patients and their ability to support their own care. Payment may be cash or card.
Full payment on the day of the consultation is expected. Your medicare rebate will be refunded immediately into your account.
A list of basic fees is available on this page, as well as at our reception desk.
Some services such as for procedures are set at a higher level reflecting complexity.
Please note that fees for extended consultations or additional procedures will be marginally higher.
If your regular doctor is unavailable to provide the service you require, we will attempt to provide another doctor. We encourage loyalty to the practice rather than a specific doctor but will give you choice where possible.

Pension Card holders and Health Care Card holders pay a reduced fee. Please feel free to ask at the time of booking your consultation.
Medicare rebates are immediately available using our Tyro system.
